Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations, or Modifications?  Wedding accessories, wedding favors, bridesmaid gifts or groomsmen gifts that have been personalized with engraving and/or embroidery are nonrefundable. For all other wedding accessories, wedding favors, bridesmaid gifts or groomsmen gifts, a refund will be given for the unwanted portion of your order (except for rush fees and shipping & handling). After processing your return, you will receive a receipt of credit within 7-10 business days. If you wish to make an exchange, we will issue the requested changes to your order and process it upon receipt of the returned portion of the order. We charge shipping & handling for exchanged orders being reshipped.Once an order has reached our distribution center an order cannot be cancelled or modified. If the order is unwanted you will need to ship the order back to us as a return or exchange.All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Freight Charges & Ship Via's
Effective May 8th, 2009 Cathy’s Concepts Inc. will begin charging UPS published rates based on the calculated total weight of the shipment, service type and the destination zip code.

Delivery Services Available:
Economy *Arrives 5-12 business days from ship date
(Only available for orders under 1 pound)
UPS Ground *Arrives 1-5 business days from ship date
UPS Second Day *Arrives 2 business days from ship date
UPS Overnight *Arrives 1 business day from ship date
Standard orders take 2 business days to process.
For Rush Orders, we can process next business day for a $25.00 Fee.
All Drop Ship orders will incur a $3.00 Drop Shipping fee
At this time, Cathy’s Concepts only Drop Ships within the United States and Canada
All international shipments are required to ship via UPS.
